NAPA VALLEY, Calif., July 2018 — Silverado Vineyards has appointed Brianna Pastrana as the winery’s Event Manager. Reporting to Bill Chambers, Director of DTC, she will be responsible for the winery’s special event program, which ranges from large group tastings, private events to joint events with entities such as The Stags Leap District Winegrowers and Music in the Vineyards.
“Brianna joins us with over ten years in the hospitality industry,” says Chambers. Brianna comes to Silverado after working for wineries around the world from France and Italy to various regions in California before settling in the Bay Area. Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, at an early age she developed a passion for cooking. It was during culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she was introduced to wine. From there she pursued a career in all aspects of the wine industry. Most recently, at Vineyard 29, she specialized in event management.
She resides in Pinole with her boyfriend, John, where they enjoy travel and experiencing new places, food and especially wine.
