In June, Napa Valley-based real estate brokerage Wine Country Consultants welcomed Ross Bentley as a partner. Bentley joined the company after spending the previous eight years in key roles at Hundred Acre Wine Group, including as director of production and operations manager. There, he had a hand in production of the company’s brands (Hundred Acre, Cherry Pie, Layer Cake, and If You See Kay), contributed to compliance and marketing efforts, and supervised harvests in California, Argentina, and Australia.
Wine Country Consultants was formed in 2016 to focus on legacy vineyards and wineries. It offers both brokerage and consulting services for premier winegrowing regions internationally. Most recently, the firm represented both buyer and seller in the acquisition of Kitchak Cellars by Jan Krupp (of Krupp Bothers, former owners of Stagecoach Vineyards).
