Bayonne, NJ and Hong Kong, MAY 29-30, 2018 – Royal Wine Corp., the leading producer and distributor of kosher wines and spirits in the United States, will showcase two of its top-selling brands at the most important trade event for wine and spirit professionals in the Asia-Pacific region.

Bottlings from Bartenura and Jeunesse will take a bow at the 20th annual Vinexpo Hong Kong at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre on May 29-31, 2018.

“At a time when wine consumption in China is soaring, we’re poised for an overwhelmingly robust response to these U.S. market leaders,” said Jay Buchsbaum, Executive VP Marketing and Director of Wine Education, Royal Wine Corp. The country is projected to be the world’s second-largest wine market in five years, surpassed only by the United States. Sales in China are expected to reach $23 billion, or 192 million cases.

Crisp, sweet Bartenura Moscato has been the best-selling Moscato in the U.S. for several years. It has been praised and featured in professional wine outlets such as Impact magazine and Market Watch, and the familiar blue bottles have even had roles in hip hop music videos by Drake, DJ Khaled, and other stars. The label experienced double-digit growth over the past five years, with close to 5 million bottles sold annually.

Bartenura Winery sources from the great wine-growing regions in Italy in pursuit of the best that country has to offer. It was named in honor of Mishnah scholar Ovadia ben Abraham of Bertinoro, a 15th century rabbi in the province of Forli, in tribute to his greatness and the storied heritage of Italian winemaking.

Jeunesse is a pioneer and leader of the off-dry wine category, with 1 million bottles produced each year by winemakers Alicia Wilbur and Joe Hurliman for the award-winning Herzog Wine Cellars in southern California. Jeunesse is the French word for “the time of one’s youth,” and that perfectly captures the youthful, flavorful, and fun character of the label’s five off-dry bottlings.

These vibrant varietal wines are served chilled for great everyday sipping. With just a hint of sweetness, they’re exceptionally food-friendly – especially in the summer when paired with spicy foods, ethnic cuisine, and barbecue dishes.

Royal Wine will be among the 1,300 exhibitors from around the world at Vinexpo Hong Kong 2018. The three-day event will feature some 50 conferences and tastings and is expected to welcome more than 17,000 importers, distributors, sommeliers, journalists, merchants, and other industry professionals.
