Sea Aged Wine the company do not age the wine or Cava in the sea they do it on land in tanks. The tanks have purified seawater inside and are totally environment friendly, even the electricity comes from solar renewable. Which is used to control the temperature in the patented sea water tanks.
Red, White and Rosé wines along with Cava are aged in the tanks. Just one month in the tank dramatically improves the wines texture, flavour and appearance.
