NEW ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Fourth-generation, family-owned Napa Valley estate winery implements changes to
executive team and sales and marketing departments

NAPA VALLEY, Calif., August 19, 2020 — Silverado Vineyards, the iconic Napa Valley winery founded by Diane Disney Miller and Ron Miller, announced today a new organizational structure effective immediately.

As the fine wine industry has faced significant challenges this year, Silverado is responding with changes to the sales, marketing, hospitality and DTC departments.

Pamela Ford has been promoted to the newly created position of vice president of sales and will lead the national sales efforts for the company. She will also manage two regional sales brokers: Pacific Southern Wine Co. in the Southeast and Crawford-Malone in the Southwest. Kimberli Rogers has been promoted to the new position of director of national accounts, retail & Western sales. Bianca Lucchetti’s sales role has been expanded from Northern California to statewide. Earlier this year, Rachel Portell was promoted to regional sales manager, Central region.

Reporting to Pamela will be:

  • Rachel Portell, regional sales manager, Central region
  • Gloria Rivera, district sales manager, Northeast

Nora Feeley will take on the newly created role of vice president of marketing & DTC. Lauren Martins will be promoted to the new position of marketing manager, and Antoinette Williams was recently promoted to wine club and e-commerce manager.

      • Part-time hospitality team

    • Leslie Benjes, wine club & e-commerce
    • Ernie Solis, shipping coordinator

Other promotions include Anna Reed to controller, overseeing Silverado’s accounting and finance functions.
