– A new incarnation of Mondrian London’s take on botanical afternoon tea –

Dandelyan, the award-winning bar at Mondrian London, has launched the second volume of its Wyld Tea. In keeping with the experimental nature for which the bar is known, Wyld Tea 2.0is a nod to the traditions of afternoon tea, updated for the modern palate and served with specially created botanical cocktails fromRyan ‘Mr. Lyan’ Chetiyawardana. An exploration into the colored and fascinating world of cocktails, this version takes inspiration from Dandelyan’s recently launched ‘Modern Life of Plants’ cocktail menu, which focuses on industrialization and large-scale food systems.

Set against the background of the Tom Dixon designed bar, Wyld Tea 2.0 will be served on Portmerion Botanical Plates (a reference to Mama Chet’s service ware) with a menu that provides a healthy dose ofseventies kitsch with each course,in a nod to the original Platner designed Sea Containers building.

Made up of four courses, each paired with cocktails, guests can expect to be taken on a journey that incorporates a boozy flavor and cocktail reference into each sip and each bite.
