The development of this mobile delivery app from Gary’s Wine and Marketplace is designed to maximize convenience for customers. Customers using the app will choose their delivery address, select the nearest Gary’s location and order their desired items, with a minimum purchase order of $25. Once the order is placed, it is delivered by a Gary’s Wine employee in an hour or less.

Users of the app can choose from a wide array of over 4,000 different product selections. The products featured on the app include wine, beer, spirits and food items that are offered at the brick and mortar locations of Gary’s.

The launch of “Gary’s Wine” app comes at a time when the industry is experiencing many changes in delivery service trends and the use of technology. Gary’s Wine and Marketplace has been heavily investing in technology over the past two years in order to help facilitate a seamless guest experience.

“I have always prided myself on the customer service that we offer at Gary’s,” comments Founder and CEO of Gary’s Wine and Marketplace, Gary Fisch. “When guests come into our store, they receive one-on-one attention from our wine experts and have the chance to sample products to explore their interests. While experience and education are core to our values, we also want to make shopping as convenient for our guests as possible, which is why we launched one-hour delivery through our mobile app. We hope that it will serve as the perfect complement to the service we’ve offered to our guests for over 30 years.”

By combining advanced technology with a high level of service, education, and experience, Gary’s Wine and Marketplace hopes that they will be able to provide their customers with the ideal shopping experience.

“We think this is a very powerful step for us and our community,” adds Fisch. “Through this app, we hope to reach even more customers in the New Jersey area and help evolve our customer service.”
