Sapphire Martini
Cocktail Made with Bombay Sapphire Gin and Blue Curacao, and garnished with Snowy River 4th of July Salt mix (think red, white, and blue!), this cocktail is super presidential.
Ingredients:
2.5 oz. Bombay Sapphire
1 oz. blue curacao
½ oz. dry vermouth
Snowy River sapphire martini cocktail salt
Preparation: Rim the glass with Snowy River Cocktail Salt using lemon as the rimming agent. Add ice to shaker. Add the gin, vermouth, and blue curacao. Stir the mix and strain into the salted-rimmed martini glass.
