Omar Percich has been promoted to COO at Don Sebastiani & Sons, replacing Tom Hawkins, who has retired. Percich was previously CFO of the Sonoma, Calif.-based wine company.
“It’s important to our family to promote from within, and we’re lucky to have such a team of bright and energetic employees,” said company President Donny Sebastiani at the time of the announcement. “It’s also fortunate that Omar has been able to work directly with Tom to make this a seamless transition. We’re very grateful to Tom and for the years of hard work he put into our company. We wish him well in his retirement.”
