New York (July 24, 2019) – Carolyn Izzo Integrated Communications (CIIC)today announced their partnership with MW Music & Wine, a specialized service company that works to bridge the music and wine industries together through marketing, promotions, and sales. As experts in the food & beverage industry, CIIC has been chosen to lead public relations and marketing efforts for the company’s expanding portfolio of services and products, including the launch of MW Experiences.

MW Experiences offer a unique opportunity for music and wine enthusiasts to interact with musicians on a more personal level and experience their passions and their artistry in a new way. These events feature intimate performances from either renowned musicians who have their own wines or emerging artists from the MW roster. The exclusive events take place at distinctive locations where guests are guided in a tasting of the musician’s wines, either by MW’s wine experts, or the musicians themselves at more exclusive events. Additionally, the experience can be paired with cuisine that is prepared fresh on-site by a distinguished chef.

CIIC’s first call to action was to support MW on its kick-off event this summer with an intimate and exclusive MW Experience in New York City, featuring Jazz Vocalist and Composer Kristen Lee Sergeant, co-founder of Two Notes Wine and certified sommelier.  The special event took place at the Mercedes Clubroof terrace.  CIIC will also launch a creative PR and marketing campaign, including working with press and influencers and meetings and corporate event planners. They will also seek partnerships and work with MW executives to secure special cross-promotions with like-minded companies to continue to promote the MW brand.

“We are looking forward to working with MW Music & Wine to promote this one-of a-kind experience that brings musicians and wine together,” said CIIC President Carolyn Izzo-Feldman. “There are so many opportunities to promote this unique platform.”

“We wanted to find the right agency to promote our MW Experiences in order to increase awareness of our company,” said Michele Wernick, Founder of MW Music & Wine. “CIIC has extensive experience with food & beverage and lifestyle PR and we are thrilled to be working with them to execute a variety of different campaigns to best publicize MW Music & Wine.

About MW Music & Wine

Founded by Michele Wernick, MW is a service company that works to pair the wine and music industries together in order to leverage marketing, promotions, and sales for one another. The company focuses on providing a bridge for connecting the music and wine industries; representing “tastemaker” independent musicians for licensing in film, television, advertising, and for booking live performances at wineries, private, and corporate events; emphasizing the pairing of musician and winemaker by showcasing those musicians who have their own wines and winemakers who also make music; featuring the pairings of musicians and winemakers at exclusive MW Experiences; and using the MW Experiences, social media and a wide-reaching industry contact list, as tools to get the word out. With the future in mind, the company is developing the MW Music & Wine Marketplace, a unique one-stop shop pairing music and wine by only selling wines made or owned by musicians, as well as offering their music, merchandise, concert tickets and more.
