New York, NY (January 6, 2020) – The answer to your event and hospitality needs have been met with the debut of HERO Events Group, the dynamic event company led and owned by an all-female team of logistical gurus, Claire Bertin-Lang and Layla McGinnis.
With over two decades of combined event and hospitality experience, Claire and Layla have an unparalleled wealth of hands-on knowledge within the food, beverage, and lifestyle spaces that you would be hard pressed to find anywhere else. After working together on mutual projects for years and seeing the opportunity to provide a one-stop events production agency that executes, from start to finish, stand-out experiences within each of those arenas, Claire and Layla joined forces to bring us a company unlike any other.
Claire and Layla are kindred spirits, having spent most of their professional careers executing some of the country’s most well-known hospitality and lifestyle events. Claire, with her own consulting firm CBLLC, has executed major projects, beverage programs, and seminars, as well as globally recognized trade and consumer events for brands and companies such as Bar Convent Brooklyn, Star Chefs International Congress, and Eat Drink SF. Layla has led event production, conference planning, festival logistics, and sponsorships for almost 15 years, with a focus on hospitality, food, and music, including the Golden Gate Restaurant Association and most recently as Director of VIP Experiences for Latitude38 Entertainment’s flagship music festival, BottleRock Napa Valley.
“At HERO, we know what it takes to bring a brand to life and make it shine for events of all spots and stripes,” says Claire. “Whether we’re producing a music festival, a multi-day conference, or an intimate dinner, we will dig into the details to make sure our clients and their guests experience is flawless and unforgettable.” Layla agrees: “Events are what we do best, and we know firsthand that premium experiences can happen in a field or a hangar. We are dedicated to helping clients tell their stories by providing seamless behind-the-scenes work, with a team of exceptional staff, and a network of best-in-class vendors.”
And that exceptional team is a big part of the HERO Events Group philosophy. As a female owned and run company, Claire and Layla will work with an inclusive and diverse network of collaborators throughout the country giving the opportunity for all to have a seat at their table.
With hospitality as their lodestar and obsessive planning their mantra, HERO Events Group debuts as the premiere logistical production agency that offers full-service intuitive event execution led by veterans with experience you won’t find anywhere else.
