Napa, Calif.-based Intervine, which brokers wine for airlines and cruise ships globally, is now employee-owned. Cofounders Colleen May and Michael Borck will continue to serve on the company’s board of directors (as chair and vice chair, respectively), while President Ed Matovick will add CEO to his title.

Intervine represents more than 300 wineries for placement on airlines and cruise lines in Asia, Eurpoe, the Middle East, and North America.
