Lodi, Calif. – May 19, 2020 – Oak Ridge Winery, Lodi’s oldest operating winery, has reimagined their 3 Girls portfolio to reflect the three Maggio sisters. The newly refreshed look will hit shelves this summer strengthening the brand within the portfolio including OZV, Maggio Family Vineyards, Moxx Roxx, Old Soul and Lodi Estates. The updated design elevates the family’s five generations in winemaking, while honoring the fourth generation women of the Maggio family.

“My sisters and I grew up at the winery so having a wine brand reflect our shared passion for the industry is very special,” said Raquel Maggio-Casity, Chief Financial Officer at Oak Ridge Winery.  “We are honored to be part of 3 Girls and look forward to sharing it with new audiences, including the next generation of women in wine.” The 3 Girls portfolio continues to be an expression of exceptional wine grape growing and cultivation from the esteemed Lodi appellation. Each varietal speaks to the unique personalities of the Maggio sisters, who work at Oak Ridge Winery carrying the family tradition forward. The 3 Girls are:

The Mediator –    The peace keeper and realist, the 3 Girls Chardonnay represents the first born, Lisa. This chardonnay’s bold notes of pineapple, guava and a buttery vanilla finish bring Lisa’s complex and nuanced character to life.

The Instigator –   The wild spirit and motivator, the 3 Girls Sauvignon Blanc represents the middle sister, Shelly. Its bright acidity and flavors of pear and orange peel highlight Shelly’s fun and feisty personality.

The Influencer – The activist and idealist, the 3 Girls Cabernet Sauvignon represents the youngest sister, Raquel. With intense dark fruit and a supple tannic backbone, Raquel’s bold and vivacious persona comes to life.

The updated 3 Girls series will be available nationwide this summer with an SRP of $14.00. To find the nearest store carrying the 3 Girls portfolio, please visit www.oakridgewinery.com.
