National Vermouth Day is May 15. To celebrate, La Pivón Vermouth suggests pairing its Rojo sweet vermouth with the classic Uncle Val’s Restorative Gin and some Campari for a refreshing Negroni with a soft, floral finish.
Ingredients:
1 oz. Uncle Val’s Restorative Gin
1 oz. La Pivón Rojo Vermouth
1 oz. Campari
Method:
Build gin, vermouth and Campari in a cocktail mixing glass, stir about 20 revolutions with a mixing spoon. Strain over a large ice cube in a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a slice of orange peel.
