Deco the Halls 

Created by Stephen King, The Clocktower

1.5 oz Patrón Silver

.75 oz Lemon juice

.5 oz Simple Syrup

1 oz egg whites

3 Drops orange blossom water

Activated charcoal to taste

Combine ingredients in shaker with a handful of crushed ice and shake until ice is completely melted and drink is nice and frothy. Pour through a fine strainer into coupe glass. Allow cocktail to settle into different layers. Hold stencil over the top of the cocktail and spray angostura to produce ‘art deco’ pattern.


Peppermint Martini

2 oz. vodka

1 oz. Sonoma Syrup Peppermint Syrup

Splash of Grenadine

Mini Candy Cane

Sprig of Peppermint Leaves

In a martini shaker add ice, vodka, Sonoma Syrup Peppermint Syrup, and grenadine, and shake. Pour in your martini glass, garnish with a sprig of Peppermint and hang a mini candy cane on rim of the glass and enjoy!



Bourbon Swizzle

3 oz. bourbon

1 oz. lemon juice

3 dashes of Angostura bitters

2 oz. Up Mountain Swizzle

Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and Angostura bitters in a shaker filled with ice. Shake until the outside is very cold and frosty (about 15 seconds). Divide between two ice-filled tumblers and top each glass with Up Mountain Swizzle. Garnish with fresh thyme.

Recipe: Blend ½ Fat Tire Belgian White (Wheat Beer) with ½ Citradelic (Tangerine IPA). Both are available in New Belgium’s Blend Like a Brewer Gift Pack

Amy & Brian Coconut Water Margarita

2 limes

1 oz. tequila

1 cup Amy & Brian Coconut Water

1 tbs. coconut cream

Rim glass with lime and margarita salt and fill with ¾ ice. In a separate glass add lime juice, tequila, Amy & Brian Coconut Water, and coconut cream. Mix well and pour over ice, garnish with lime wedge and enjoy!

2 oz. Patrón Silver

.75 oz. Lemon Juice

.75 oz. Allspice Syrup

.5 oz. Cocchi Americano

1 Egg White

Silver Luster Dust

Add Patrón, Lemon Juice, Allspice Syrup and Cocchi Americano to shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a glass mug over ice. In separate shaker, dry shake egg white. Add Silver Luster Dust to mug and stir. Top with egg white foam, and garnish with a gingerbread cookie or miniature gingerbread house.

.5 oz cinnamon infused maple syrup
