LOS ANGELES & SEATTLE (June 12, 2020) – American Discovery Capital, one of the leading investment banks based on the West Coast, announced that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Pampelonne, a sparkling wine cocktail company based in New York, on a strategic partnership with Seattle-based Precept, the largest wine company in the Northwest.

“We are very pleased that we were able to bring this deal to a close and add value to the founders of Pampelonne,” said Himanshu Agrawal, Managing Director at American Discovery Capital (ADC), adding, “Precept Wine is one of the fastest growing wine companies in the United States, with an excellent sales and marketing operation.  They will bring Pampelonne’s unique canned sparkling wine cocktails to a much broader base of wine and beverage consumers.”

“We are very pleased to join Precept, who as a progressive wine company is aligned with us culturally,” said Wyatt Carder, Founder at Pampelonne, adding, “Precept has an excellent reputation and large distribution network.  More consumers can now enjoy our products!”

“We created Pampelonne with a focus on quality of the product and relatable branding. Now, with a partnership with Precept we are able to take the brand to a wide national audience,” said Erik Weller, Founder at Pampelonne.
