The Boston-Based Wine Company Welcomes Bill Dillon and Aaron Moore to Sales Leadership Team

BOSTON – (February 11, 2020) – Archer Roose Collective, the Boston-based wine brand that produces worldly wines for the curious in planet-friendly formats, is excited to officially introduce two new executive-level members to its sales leadership team, Bill Dillon and Aaron Moore. On the heels of Archer Roose’s new partnership with JetBlue as the airline’s first-ever in-flight canned wine offering, which debuted earlier this month, Dillon and Moore both bring aboard extensive beverage industry experience that will be an asset to the brand as Archer Roose continues its impressive ascent, marked by exponential year-over-year sales volume growth.

With the additions of Dillon and Moore, Archer Roose further strengthens its framework for success as the brand sets sight on driving forward its upward trajectory in 2020. With an adventurous spirit rooted in delivering high-quality wine varietals from the world’s most iconic winemaking regions in sensible, eco-conscious packaging, Archer Roose’s expanding leadership team will play an integral role in growing the brand through both on-and-off premise sales channels. Among Dillon and Moore’s core responsibilities will be to increase exposure of the Archer Roose portfolio to new market segments as canned alcohol and low-ABV beverage sales continue to boom nationally. Archer Roose boasts a core portfolio of traditional Sauvignon Blanc, Malbec, Rose, and Bubbly varietals, as well as a low-cal, low-ABV line of sparkling wines called SPRITZ.

“We’re beyond thrilled to welcome Bill and Aaron to Archer Roose Collective,” said Archer Roose CEO and cofounder, Marian Leitner. “Both of them are the total package – they possess strong national sales networks, great attitudes, and a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities that exist for brands and distributor partners in today’s beverage climate. As we continue to grow Archer Roose into a national wine brand, we’re confident that Bill and Aaron will be at the helm of many big wins.”

Bill Dillon, who has a strong track record of driving results and building brands, will join Archer Roose Collective as Vice President, Sales and Marketing. His career began at Anheuser-Busch as the South East Regional Sales Manager before becoming the National Sales Director for Surly Brewery, catapulting the brand from a regional player to the 42nd-largest craft brewery in the United States. Most recently, Dillon worked for the popular New England upstart brewery, Lord Hobo, as Vice President, Sales and Marketing.

Aaron Moore also joins the sales leadership team at Archer Roose Collective as National Accounts Director. Moore will be overseeing the strategy and activations of national accounts across the country, a pivotal role as Archer Roose continues to expand its distribution to new states. Moore comes most recently from Pampellone Sparkling Wines, where he served as VP of Sales. Previously, he also lead National Accounts for Oskar Blues Brewery and the wider Canarchy portfolio in the Central U.S. region, growing the collective into a major retail player in the craft beer market.
