Lonerider Spirits has created “The Community Cask” – which offers 1/12 of a cask of bourbon (18 personalized bottles) for a competitive price.
“The Community Cask” is a program that allows fans of bourbon to buy 1/12 of a cask (18 bottles) of high rye or wheated bourbon and at the end of two years of aging they can have their bottles personalized with a custom label and lot number. A certificate will be given to the participant in the program, so they can give it as a gift or to have it as a keepsake while their bourbon matures. “We realized at Lonerider Spirits we needed to find a way to make a personalized bottle of bourbon affordable,” says Chris Mielke, President of Lonerider Spirits. “We’ve seen great success with our Founders Club and we want people who may not want to buy a whole barrel of bourbon to have a way to show their support of our distillery and have a unique gift when their bourbon matures.”
