ST. HELENA, NAPA VALLEY, Calif., December 2017 — Rombauer Vineyards has appointed Michael Otto as Pacific Southwest Regional Manager. Otto will represent the Napa Valley family-owned and operated winery in Southern California and Arizona. He will be based in Costa Mesa.

“Mike’s background in the wholesale, retail and supply sides of the wine industry will be invaluable as we continue to support and grow our ongoing business in the competitive southwest market,” said Bob Knebel, Rombauer’s Chief Operating Officer. “His field experience and talent at relationship building and customer service make him an ideal addition to the Rombauer sales team.”

Otto joins Rombauer Vineyards from San Luis Obispo-based Tolosa Estate Vineyards, where he served as Southern California Regional Sales Manager and drove significant sales growth and visibility in the marketplace. He began his decade-long career in the wine industry as wine and cheese director for Zinc Café & Market in Corona del Mar.

A native of Westchester, NY, Otto holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester and a Certificate of Management Studies from the William E. Simon School of Business and Administration.
