Marketing expert and author Mike Schneider has been named chief marketing officer for BevNET, a beverage-oriented media company that produces a website, print magazine, and live conference series. “We’ve known Mike for a long time and are excited to add his experience, leadership, and pure enthusiasm for the spaces we cover,” said BevNET founder/CEO John Craven in a press release. “His skill in building brands, user experiences, and awareness will be key to growing our BevNET, Brewbound, and Project NOSH communities.”

Schneider will work toward streamlining the company’s messaging across brands, encouraging audience interaction, and adding value to all its offerings.
