Day Drinking: Mango Mule

1.5 oz. Alizé Mango
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
ginger beer, to top
Preparation: Shake the Alizé, lime juice, and simple syrup with ice and strain into an ice-filled copper mug. Top with the ginger beer and stir briefly. Garnish with a mint bouquet and a lime wheel.
Night Drinking: Negroni Lucano
The Negroni Lucano is made with Amaro Lucano, which has herbal notes and a strong flavor that make this ideal for drinking on a crisp fall evening.
1 oz. Amaro Lucano
1 oz. gin
1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
3 dashes bitters
Preparation: Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with large ice cubes. Garnish with an orange slice.
