London, September 2018 – This month, Rumpus Room, the glass-walled bar perched atop of the Mondrian Hotel, will be launching its new Skyline Menu in collaboration with Grey Goose. Inspired by the rooftop bar’s unrivalled views, the selection of four new cocktails will celebrate the most iconic landmarks on London’s skyline.
Created by the Rumpus Room bar team, the cocktails contain a range of unusual ingredients such as vegetable scrub, Philadelphia foam and a digestive biscuit. Guests can choose between Big Ben (Grey Goose Citron, tea & thyme syrup, apricot, lime), The Gherkin (Grey Goose Original, Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth, vegetable shrub), The Grater(Grey Goose La Poire, green chartreuse, white crème de cacao, almond & lime, digestive biscuit, Philadelphia foam) and The Shard (Grey Goose, Dubonnet, raspberry & orange juice), each priced at $17.
For an extra touch of fun, the new menu can also be enjoyed as part of the bar’s ongoingSkyline Sessions, which take place every Wednesday from 5pm until late. Guests can take in the panoramic views, while sipping on cocktails and enjoying tunes from the Rumpus Room house band.
Twelve stories above London, Rumpus Room overlooks the River Thames, offering an unbeatable, all-encompassing riverside view of central London and St. Paul’s Cathedral. The perfect retreat and party hotspot, the bar is open late from Tuesday to Saturday.
