APOTHIC CONTINUES TO DEFY CONVENTION WITH THE LAUNCH OF ITS NEW ALUMINUM BOTTLES

APOTHIC LAUNCHES ITS ORIGINAL RED BLEND IN A NEW SINGLE-SERVE FORMAT

MODESTO, Calif., May 1, 2019 — A wine brand known for challenging convention, Apothic has launched its first ever single-serve format. The Apothic Red that consumers have grown to know and enjoy is now available in a 250mL twist cap, aluminum bottle, and sold in two-packs (500mL total).

Following the momentum of positive consumer reaction after launching whiskey barrel-aged Apothic Inferno and cold-brew-infused Apothic Brew, Apothic says releasing its best-selling red blend in a single-serve is also driven by consumer demand. The aluminum bottles give customers a lightweight, portable way to enjoy its ever-popular red blend wherever they go – from bonfires on the beach to parties in the park. Sold in two-packs, consumers have the option to share with a friend (or keep both for themselves) and the convenient screwcap allows for consumption at their own pace. Apothic’s Red Blend now goes boldly anywhere you do.

“After launching 10 years ago, Apothic Red quickly became the best-selling red blend in the wine category,” says Christine Jagher, Apothic’s Head of Marketing. “Apothic has amazing, passionate fans who have shown us that they enjoy Apothic Red on their own terms – regardless of location or occasion. We wanted to give those fans another convenient way to enjoy, and these new twist cap aluminum bottles give them that.”

Apothic Red Aluminum bottles are now available nationwide in two-packs (250mL each) at $9.99 SRP.
