That’s why we open our bar to show the proposal of world-class bars like The Parrot Shadow, Licorería Limantour, Laki Kane and Jungle Bird”, said Walter Meyenberg, owner of Waikiki Tiki Room.

Waikiki’s regular cocktail menu consists of 25 cocktails: 11 classic recipes and 14 signature drinks created exclusively by bartenders from other world famous bars. Now, with this celebration, Waikiki Tiki Room will be a sideboard where cocktail lovers can try recipes created by the best bartenders on the planet in honor of its first anniversary.

“Waikiki Tiki Room is inspired by the period when Tiki culture changed the way people see Hawaii around the world. In our place we want that, everyone who visits it, starts a tropical and mysterious trip that remembers the 50s and the California madness for everything related to Hawaii; this is through a fabulous interior design, a disruptive graphic identity and a strong cocktail proposal”, mentioned the also founder of concepts Huset and Hanky Panky.

A stop at Waikiki Tiki Room is like travel at a ship cabin, an ideal moment to take a break, chill out and forget the city chaos, just to being carried away by its magnificent cocktails and its cuisine proposal in the style of an American diner in which the tropical hints never lacks.

Waikiki Tiki Room is the only tiki bar in Mexico City, whose style is inspired by the Polynesian islands in the 50’s. It is a tropical and mysterious journey that evokes the flavors and colors of Hawaiian culture through an exotic cocktail proposal combined with a delicious set design and a funky atmosphere with melancholic hints that invites you to dream about those hot days by the sea.
